Warranty:
All our products are guaranteed for a period of six months from the date of delivery.
This guarantee will be valid, at no cost, for products purchased in our company.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of products such as patches or product damage not know how to use.
The patches have not warranty unless they have being broken during shipping transport and we'll take care of replacement at no cost to you.
you only pay for the shipping, or you can send us the drum and we replace it at no cost, just Bear the cost of return shipping.
Thus make sure you check your drum at the time of delivery.You have 72 hours,After this time the warranty runs out for damage during shipping.
The drums we offer are handcrafted, thus the sizes are approximate and may vary between 1-3 cm of mouth.
The drums are sent with a set of percussion sticks that can be either smooth or with a leather ball at the end, depending on the stock available
In the case of a drum custom made get damage , we do not replace the instrument, we can only repair it, since it was madeto a clients request.For example a drum with a custom face design on it.
Out of warranty repair: To our regular customers we give special price.If not a regular customer and like to repair a drum we go by our regular price list.
Receipt of product
If the product arrives with defects (bruises, broken patches, broken rings, broken shell or cracks) in consequence of the shipping provider.Must place a claim with them first.
In case that the shipping company dont want to take care of the problem, we can repair or replace the product as appropriate at no cost or with some minimum of materials and labor.
To any returned merchandise , the shipping charges remain the buyers responsibilities.(for the return and the new delivery).
Returns policy
Our return policy is very simple. You can return any item purchased for the following reasons:
If the drum shows manufacture defects. Not by the normal wear and tear of the patches.
If there is mistake in the article sent, preserving the original cellophane wrap and with no signs of abuse. Provided they do not exceed 6 months warranty.
If the transport breaks the product purchased, we'll provide the repair or replacement of the article.But we will not pay shipping for the cost of return and to send again the product repaired or replaced.
Ou can send the goods, preferably using the same shipping company that delivered the goods, ensuring perfect package which must include:
An explanatory note indicating the reason for the return, the data of the buyer with the order number shown on the package label.
Returns must be taken over by the company to proceed to repair, replace the product or perform what is agreed between the parties (replacement by another type of product, etc).
Must attach a letter explaining the problem of the product.Because it is difficult to detect the fault that has the product when it is not very obvious .We will NOT proceed with its review without that document and this would delay the response time of the assurance process.

As soon as we get the return we will be contacting you to confirm the problem and or repair or replacement of the goods as agreed.
The shipping expenses of the return as the shipping expenses of the new delivery will be responsibilities of the buyer.
The company will be responsible for defects or flaws which holds the product
at no cost in material and workmanship.
The goods are sent wrap in corrugated cardboard well protected and in perfect shape,
for that reason we dont take returns of products with damage casings that have not being report at the indicated times.
Make sure you get your deliveries in good shape or don't take them.
